Refund policy

Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial, so you can try the assistant before you pay. Cancel during the trial and you are not charged.

If you are not happy after a charge, ask for a refund within 14 days of that charge at support@yokenai.com or through the link in your Paddle receipt. Refunds go back to the original payment method through Paddle, our Merchant of Record.

After cancelling, your plan stays active until the end of the paid period; unused time of a period is not refunded after the 14 days.
