Who we are

Yoken AI is responsible for your data. Contact: support@yokenai.com.

What we keep and why

• Account — email, password hash, language, consent dates: to sign you in and run the service.
• Sign-ins and computers — IP address, browser, computer name, times: for security and so you can see and end them.
• Subscription and payments — plan, status, dates, amounts, invoice numbers. Card details go to Paddle only; we never see them.
• Condition profiles — after a session the program sends computed numbers for «track + car + conditions» (no recordings, no nickname) to build shared profiles.
• AI review — for Racer plans, a summary of your session (no nickname, no recordings) goes through our server to the AI provider to write the review.
• Newsletters — only if you agreed; unsubscribe with one click in any letter.

Who processes data for us

Hosting: Hetzner Online GmbH (Germany). Payments: Paddle.com. Email delivery: Resend. Support mail: Google Workspace. Error reports: Sentry. AI review: our AI provider. Each has a data processing agreement with us.

How long

As long as your account exists; payment records as long as tax law requires. Encrypted backups are kept up to 12 months.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, correct it, or delete your account — write to support@yokenai.com. In the EU you can also complain to your data protection authority.

Cookies

Only what the site needs: the sign-in cookie, the language you chose and a one-time notice cookie. No advertising or tracking cookies.
