1. The service

Yoken AI is a driving assistant for sim racing: a program on your computer that shows cues while you drive, plus this website and our server. Yoken AI ("we") provides it. By creating an account you agree to these terms.

2. Account

You need an account with a valid email address. Keep your password safe; you are responsible for what happens under your account. One account is for one person. You can connect up to 2 computers and unlink them at any time in your account.

3. Plans, trial and payment

Plans are subscriptions billed monthly or yearly. A new subscription starts with a 14-day free trial; the first charge is at the end of the trial unless you cancel before. Payments are processed by our reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle.com, which also handles taxes, invoices and refunds; Paddle's buyer terms apply to the purchase. Prices may change; a change applies from your next billing period, and we tell you in advance.

4. Cancelling

You can cancel at any time in your account. The plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for. Refunds — see the refund policy.

5. Fair use

Do not share your account, resell access, reverse-engineer the license check or abuse our server (including the AI review). We may suspend accounts that do.

6. Driving and safety

The assistant gives suggestions for simulated driving only. You are always in control. It is not meant for real-world driving.

7. Game content

We sell our own work — profiles, calibration and cues. Car and track names belong to their owners; the assistant works only with content you have in your game.

8. Liability

The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damages. Nothing here limits rights you have as a consumer under the law of your country.

9. Changes and contact

We may update these terms; if a change matters, we email you and ask you to accept it in your account. Questions: support@yokenai.com.
